 okklo life sciences is a privately held biopharmaceutical company developing novel therapeutic approaches using cyclodextrin-based and other drug delivery platforms, with a focus on neglected and orphan diseases.

The company was founded in December 2011 by a group of life-sciences experts previously involved in the development and approval of sugammadex, the first cyclodextrin marketed as a drug product.

Apart from managing its own R&D portfolio, okklo life sciences also provides the following services:
